RB Tripp is continuously looking for sources of quality, kiln dried
wood shavings. If you are a lumber mill, sawmill, or any type of
planing operation that generates kiln dried wood shavings, we would

What we are looking specifically is:
- Spruce, Pine, Fir or Aspen wood only
- Production of a minimum of 100 ton of loose shavings per week.
- Shavings must be kiln dried.
- A large flake size is preferred, with little dust (trim saw
and other small airborne particles are seperated before entering
into a repository).
- Onsite location with a building to house a wood shavings bagging
machine (or the capacity to build one).
Many of our existing mills had previously been selling their shavings for Co-generation, burning them to fire their kilns or selling them to pellet manufacturers. The majority of the time, we can increase your existing revenue stream by 50%-100% by installing a Verville shavings bagger on site.
Many mills will consider installing
a bagging machine and entering into the shavings business. While
